Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Dotted account and its associated data at any time. The fastest way is from inside the app; if you have already uninstalled it, use the request form below.

Delete from inside the app

If you still have Dotted installed, this is the quickest way and takes effect immediately:

Open Dotted and go to Settings.
Tap your profile at the top to open Edit Profile.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted.

This permanently deletes your profile and data and cannot be undone. If you are the sole admin of a household with other members, transfer ownership or remove them first.

Request deletion from the web

If you no longer have the app installed, submit the form below and we will process the deletion for you. Enter the email address associated with your Dotted account.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days. We may email you first to verify that you own the account. You can also email us directly at support@karomistudio.com.

What is deleted and what is kept

Your profile and identifying information are permanently deleted. Records you shared with roommates, such as bills you split and who paid what, are kept in anonymized form (shown as “Deleted User”) so your former roommates’ balances and history remain accurate.
